Many of you are probably looking to accessorize with your future iPhone purchase, and it looks like you will have all the add-ons you’ll want, including a new wireless Bluetooth printer from Zink. About the size of your standard Video iPod, the Zink (Zero-INK) printer will print photos without utilizing an ink jet print head. Think Polaroid camera in digital form. It will also include a USB port for printing the old-fashioned way. The Zink printer is going to set you back around $100 and prints will break down to around 20-25 cents each.

Belkin has just announced an innovative little device that will allow you to play your music wirelessly through any iPod docking station. What makes the Belkin Bluetooth Adapter for iPod different is that you actually use your iPod as the control rather than a remote. This allows you to access all the features of your iPod instead of the dumbed down remotes you usually find. Simply place the Bluetooth stereo dock adapter into your dock and snap the Bluetooth iPod adapter into your iPod and off you go. The receiving device is charged through the docking station and your iPod powers the adapter. The Belkin Bluetooth Adapter for iPod will be available in March for $129.

Just when you thought you had seen everything, SoundID brings you the SoundFlavors Personal Sound System (PSS). What makes this little setup so special is the fact that it costs almost $700. Why does it cost so much? The SoundID PSS is the first Bluetooth headset to make use of medical technologies to enhance audio quality and suppress background noise. The idea behind the PSS is for use by the hearing impaired (or by those who have way too much money burning holes in their pockets). (more…)

I4U takes a look at one of the smaller Bluetooth headsets out available in their Bluetake BT400GL review. The BT400GL features Bluetooth 1.2 and talk time of up to 15 hours using the included portable charger. The reviewer found the portable charger to be one of the coolest features. Voice quality on the BT400GL was not bad, but not the best, either. Being an in-the-ear headset, the reviewer never felt like the headset was going to fall out of his ear.

The MoGo Dapter is the perfect Bluetooth dongle for people on the go. Supposedly the smallest Bluetooth adapter in the world, the MoGo adapter is about the size of your fingernail. Perfect for laptops that don’t have Bluetooth built in. It will support up to 7 devices and Bluetooth 2.0. Look for the MoGo Dapter later this year for around $49.99.

Want to turn your iPod into a makeshift iPhone? Check out the MyBlu from Mavizen. When connected to your iPod (and phone via bluetooth), the MyBlu will display incoming calls on the screen. A built-in microphone on the dongle allows you to receive calls, and even gives you FM tuner capabilities.
The MyBlu will run around $77 U.S., but it appears it will only be available overseas for now. Here’s hoping…

I think we’ll start this blog off with a look back at where it all came from. You know, home telephones. The Bluetooth Retro Handset from ThinkGeek does just that. Just look at the picture and you’ll see what I mean. It’ll cost you a cool $39.99 to make your friends think you’ve gone crazy.
