Legit Reviews has their Plantronics Pulsar 260 review posted and ready for your perusal. Sound quality was good, although not the best they had hear, but it did reproduce frequencies quite well. There were no problems with syncing, and video files played without losing audio sync.
However, call quality when using the Pulsar 260 as a Bluetooth headset was found to be a little poor. Volume in the headset was lower than it should have been, making it a little difficult to hear the party on the other end. Also, the sound on the other end was described as “muffled.”
And again, the Plantronics Pulsar 260 had trouble pairing for Skype or other VOIP calls. Overall, this seems to be a great headset if you are using it mostly for music, but in other ways it does fall short.
