Gizmodo writes a “Lightning Round Review” of the Sound ID SM100. Their verdict? The SM100 faired better than the Aliph Jawbone for incoming sound quality, but outgoing (where others hear you) quality was not as good. If you value what you hear more than what others hear the SM100 is great.
There are some extras on the Sound ID SM100 that may make it a good headset for you. For instance, the Environmental Mode works to amplify conversations like a hearing aid. One2One mode acts to tether 2 SM100s together and works as a sort of walkie-talkie for having conversations in loud areas.
Basically, overall, Gizmodo calls the Jawbone the better headset, but if you want the extras and/or better incoming call quality you will want to take a good hard look at the Sound ID SM100.
